Nikolaus Schroth

BIO

Nik is a Florida native, born in Miami and raised in Key Largo. Mr. Schroth attended the University of Central Florida where he earned a degree in finance. He has managed and developed projects ranging from single family homes to entire subdivisions. Nik is well versed in the process of bringing a project to life, from site selection to the completion of tenant improvements and turn over of space.

Evan Moss

BIO

Evan was born and raised on the Treasure Coast and has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his work history, Evan gained hands-on experience, learning and progressing; establishing a successful small business to partnership and management within SCP. Using these years of hands-on experience, Evan is able to manage the many details of construction ranging from small residential to large commercial projects.
